1400 square foot (130 square metre) semi-detached house. Furnished to very high standard. Located in centre of Zell am See within walking distance of ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. Off street parking for two cars. Probably the best (maybe the only) house available to rent in the centre of Zell. Glacier skiing at Kaprun 5kms away is accessible all year round. Bright airy house

Main bedroom has double bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be placed together if desired. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). House sleeps 8 in total. There is 1 large family bathroom (toilet, basin and bath with shower) upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. House is used by owners and for letting. Hence, the interior has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.

The owner of this property has not provided any up to date rates. Use the button below to contact the owner directly to get a quote.

A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner. Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure.

CHANGEOVER DAY
During the ski season (mid December to end March), changeover day is Saturday – all bookings are for a Saturday arrival and a Saturday departure. There may be some flexibility on this if there is late availability.

CHECK IN
Our house will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. Latest checkout time is 9.30am on day of departure.
